Locating cables Port Hedland WA
Service for Fortescue Metals Group
Specialising in ground penetrating radar and locating cables in Western Australia, We provided critical information by locating the main fibre optic cable and utility services for building works at FMG’s rail camp 145.
Additional buildings were planning to be installed in an area where decommissioned buildings had been removed except for the existing underground services. Westscan’s locating cables FIFO service to Port Hedland WA at Fortescue Metals Group rail camp provided underground utility detection and mapping. The main fibre optic cable was a critical service which required precise cable locating with GPS survey pickup.
